Blueberry Oatmeal Breakfast In A Jar



Ingredients:

1/4 cup uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
1/3 cup skim milk
1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
1-1/2 teaspoons flax seed
1/4 cup blueberries or fruit of your choice (enough to fill a jar)

Directions:

  1. Layer ingredients into a half pint jar.
  2. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. Stir.
  4. Enjoy!
